- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
-
Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the sliced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through.

Push the chicken to one side of the pan and add the onion, carrots, bell pepper, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

Taste and season with salt and pepper if needed.
