Steak is notorious for being hard to cook but this Swiss steak recipe makes it extremely easy. It only requires 3 ingredients and you can cook it completely in a crockpot.

How To Make Creamy Crockpot Swiss Steak

  • 1 ½ lb. round steak (up to 2 lb)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted, add 1 more can for more gravy)
  1. Place steak in a crockpot and cover with onion.

  2. Pour soup over meat and onion.
  3. Cook on low setting for 8-10 hours. Serve.
