Ingredients
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp of grated ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 6 oz of egg noodles
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a large pot, bring chicken broth and water to a boil.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic, and reduce heat to low.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.

Add cooked noodles to the soup and divide among 4 bowls.
