How To Make Oyster Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 oz shucked oysters, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions and drain.

  2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat and add garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until cheese is melted. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Stir in salt and pepper to taste, then add the oysters and cook for another 5 minutes or until heated through.

  5. Toss in cooked linguine and chopped parsley, stirring to combine.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
