How To Make Vegetable Detox Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped sweet potato
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pot and saute onion and garlic until soft.

Add carrots, celery, sweet potato, and zucchini. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add kale and turmeric, and cook for another 3 minutes.

Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, and stir in lemon juice.
