- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, tuna, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
