- 8ozsushi-grade ahi tuna,finely chopped
- 2tspspure sesame oil
- 1tsprice wine
- 2tsplime juice,fresh
- 2tspsoy sauce
- 1tspSriracha Hot Sauce
- 2tbspchives,minced
- 2tbsppanko crumbs
- 1avocado,ripe firm hass , diced
- 1tspblack and white sesame seeds
Instructions

Combine sesame oil, rice wine, lime juice, soy sauce and sriracha.

Poor over tuna and mix.

Add chives and gently combine tuna with diced avocado, refrigerate until ready to serve.

Add panko crumbs just before serving and top with sesame seeds.
