- 5ozalbacore tuna,(1 can), in water, drained
- ¼cupcarrots,minced
- ¼cupcelery,minced
- 1tbspred onion,minced
- 1tbspHellman’s Light mayonnaise,or greek yogurt
- 1tspred wine vinegar
- salt and pepper,to taste
- 3multi-grain bread slices,toasted
- 6tomato slices,thin
- 3romaine lettuce leaves
- ½medium haas avocado,thinly sliced
- ½ozalfalfa sprouts
Instructions

Combine the tuna with the minced carrots, celery, red onion, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Place the lettuce on toasted bread, then top with tomato, tuna, avocado and alfalfa sprouts.
