Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sushi-grade tuna, finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 English cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. wasabi paste
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Nori strips, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, avocado, cucumber, and shallot.

  2. In another bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and wasabi paste.

  3. Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and stir until everything is well coated.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve with nori strips on the side.
