  • 1 lb sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 shallot, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp capers, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crispy wonton chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the diced tuna, avocado, shallot, capers, parsley, and chives.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon, honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, and olive oil until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and toss gently to combine.

  4. Serve the tuna tartare with crispy wonton chips.
