This recipe is very quick and easy to make. The milk and pecans make this fish more tasty and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces walleye pike
  • ¾ cup pecans, chopped fine
  • milk
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Chop pecans in a food processor and place in a shallow dish.

  2. In another dish, pour enough milk to dip the fish.

  3. Melt a generous amount of butter in a frypan.

  4. Dip fish in milk and pecans and then lay in pan.

  5. Repeat with all pieces of fish.

  6. Pat extra pecans onto fish while in the pan.

  7. Flip after 5 to 7 minutes or until brown.

  8. Cook on another side until done.

  9. Can be served with tartar sauce.
