How To Make Flash Baked Walleye Fillets
This super quick and easy recipe for walleye fillets only has 4 ingredients and can be done in 15 minutes. The fish is seasoned & quickly baked until flaky.
Ingredients
- 3tbspclarified butter,melted
- 4ozwalleye,(4 fillets) cut into pieces
- ½tsplemon pepper
- ½tspdried basil

Preheat an oven to 500 degrees F.

Pour the melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Place the fillets into the butter, skin-side-down. Sprinkle evenly with lemon pepper and basil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 5 to 7 minutes until the fish is opaque and easily flakes with a fork.
