Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, chives, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.

  2. Gently fold in the chopped lobster meat until well combined.

  3. Transfer the mixture into a serving dish and smooth the top.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

  5. Serve the lobster dip with your choice of crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
