How To Make Grilled Tilapia Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).

  3. Place the tilapia fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure each fillet is coated evenly. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.

  4. Once the grill is hot, place the marinated tilapia fillets directly on the grill grates. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Remove the grilled tilapia from the grill and serve hot with lemon wedges.
