Succulent lobster tails, broiled to perfection and served with savory melted butter.

Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Lemon wedges for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler to high.

  2. Using a sharp knife or kitchen scissors, carefully cut through the top of each lobster tail shell lengthwise.

  3. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, flesh side up.

  4. Brush the melted butter lightly over each tail.

  5. Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika over them.

  6. Place the sheet under the broiler and cook for 8-10 minutes until the lobster meat turns opaque and cooked through.

  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
