  • 4 whiting fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Rinse the whiting fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.

  3. Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets and rub them to evenly coat.

  5. Sprinkle the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the fillets.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and easily flakes with a fork.

  7. Serve the baked whiting fillets with fresh lemon wedges and garnish with chopped parsley.
