How To Make Crab Cakes Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb lump crabmeat, picked over
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together crabmeat, mayonnaise, egg, dijon mustard, old bay seasoning, salt and panko breadcrumbs.

Form mixture into 8 crab cakes.

Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the crab cakes and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
