- 4 hot dog buns
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill or stovetop grill pan.

In a bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, dijon mustard, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Split the hot dog buns lengthwise, without cutting all the way through.

Stuff each bun with the crab meat mixture.

Grill the hot dogs on medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until the buns are toasted and the crab meat is heated through.

Serve hot, with additional sauce if desired.
