How To Make Crab, Lime & Chilli Toasts

Ingredients
- 200g fresh crab meat
- 2 limes, zest and juice
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices of baguette
- Olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions

In a bowl, mix together the crab meat, lime zest, lime juice, chilli, spring onions, and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.

Drizzle the baguette slices with olive oil and toast under the grill until golden brown and crispy.

Spread the crab mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
