Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tbsp of pesto

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet.

  3. Spread the pesto evenly over the pastry.

  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella over the pesto.

  5. Arrange the cherry tomato halves on top.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
