  • 1 lb. of lump crab meat
  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, diced mango, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeno pepper.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, and salt.

  3. Pour lime-honey dressing over crab and mango mixture and toss gently to combine.

  4. Serve the crab and mango salsa with tortilla chips.
