How To Make Chicken Parmesan Sandwich Recipe
This classic Italian-American sandwich features crispy breaded chicken, marinara sauce, and melted mozzarella cheese on a soft bun.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 4 sandwich rolls
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

In another shallow dish, beat eggs with salt and black pepper.

Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
