Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 pickle slices
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Instructions

Preheat the grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.

Season the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.

Grill the tenderloin for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Remove the tenderloin from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.

Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for a couple of minutes.

Spread Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each bun.

Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the mustard.

Top with sliced pork tenderloin, lettuce, tomato, and pickle.
