How To Make Salmon Fish Finger Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 sandwich rolls
- Mayonnaise, for spreading
- Lettuce leaves, for garnish
- Tomato slices, for garnish
- Pickles, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In three separate bowls, place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

Season the salmon fingers with salt and pepper.

Dredge each salmon finger first in the flour, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs. Press firmly to ensure the breadcrumbs stick.

Place the breaded salmon fingers onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden and crispy.

While the salmon fingers are baking, slice the sandwich rolls in half and spread mayonnaise on both sides.

Place a few lettuce leaves on the bottom half of each roll.

Remove the salmon fingers from the oven and place them on top of the lettuce.

Top with tomato slices and pickles.

Cover with the top half of the sandwich roll.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
