  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries

  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Cut them into small pieces.

  2. In a blender, add the strawberries, yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. If desired, add a few ice cubes and blend again until the shake is chilled and frothy.

  4. Pour the strawberry shake into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
