How To Make Mcdonald's Sausage Biscuit (Copycat)
Enjoy a tasty start to your day with this McDonald's sausage biscuit, packed with cheddar cheese and fluffy eggs, for a filling dish.

Ingredients
- 1 tin biscuits, such as Pillsbury
- 10 oz breakfast sausage, formed into 4 patties
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Bake the biscuits according to package directions.

Cook sausage patties over medium-high heat for 6 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from pan and place on a paper towel to drain.

Drain oil from the pan and put butter in it. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and scramble the eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste once the eggs are fluffy.
To Assemble:

Open the biscuit in half and place sausage patty, ¼ of the eggs, and 1 slice of Cheddar cheese on top.
