
How To Make Poppy Seed Chicken and Grape Pasta Salad
Upgrade your favorite pasta salad with this creamy and delicious recipe. Veggies, fresh fruits, tender bowtie pasta, and chicken all in one hearty meal.

Ingredients
- 10ozbow tie pasta,about 4 cups
- 2cupschicken breasts,cooked, cooled, diced
- 12ozred grapes,halved, about 2 cups
- 1cupcelery,diced
- ¾cupFisher Sliced Almonds
- ½cupgreen onions,sliced, green portion
- â…“cupdried cranberries,optional
For Dressing:
- ½cupplain Greek yogurt,fat free
- ½cupmayonnaise,full fat
- 3tbspwhite wine vinegar,or apple cider vinegar
- 3tbsphoney
- 2tbspgranulated sugar
- 1½tbsppoppy seeds
- ½tspsalt,more to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta to al dente in salted boiling water according to directions on the package.

Drain then rinse with cold water and let drain completely. Set aside and let cool.
Dressing:

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, sugar, poppy seeds, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
To Assemble:

Add the drained pasta to a salad bowl along with the chicken, grapes, celery, almonds, green onions, and cranberries.

Pour the dressing over top, then toss to evenly coat.

Season with more salt to taste, then toss.

Chill for at least 30 minutes or up to 1 day.
