How To Make No Mayo Coleslaw
Bright and crunchy, this no mayo coleslaw is tossed with cabbage, carrots, and radish in olive oil and rice vinegar dressing.

Ingredients
- 4cupscabbage,about ⅓ to ½ cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1carrot,grated
- 2radishes,thinly sliced
- 1green onion,thinly sliced
- ¼cupfresh cilantro,packed, chopped
- 1tbspextra virgin olive oil
- 1tbspseasoned rice vinegar,or plain rice vinegar with added sugar to taste
- salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste
Instructions

Place the thinly sliced cabbage, grated carrot, radish slices, sliced green onions, and cilantro in a large serving bowl.

Right before serving, sprinkle with olive oil, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
