  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage and carrots.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour dressing over cabbage and carrots, and toss to coat.

  4. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
