Ingredients
Slaw
- 1 head cabbage
- 2 tbsp. onion, minced
- 1/4 cup carrot, shredded
Dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 tbsp. lemon Juice
- 1 1/4 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Instructions

Chop cabbage small enough to put into your food processor and process until coarse.
- Combine the cabbage, carrots and onion into a bowl and mix together.

Combine all of the dressing ingredients into a large bowl and whisk.

Pour the dressing into the bowl with the slaw ingredients and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
