Asparagus and Crab Salad Recipe

How To Make Asparagus and Crab Salad

Keep it fresh and summery with this crab salad that's served with fresh asparagus. Everything is tossed in an Asian-inspired soy sauce dressing.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 5 minutes
Total: 10 minutes


  • ½lblump crab meat,cooked
  • ½tbsprice wine
  • 1tbspsoy sauce
  • 1½tsplemon juice
  • 1Thai chili,finely minced
  • 1green onion,minced
  • 1lbthin asparagus spears
  • ¼cuphoney nuts of choice,roasted and chopped


  1. Combine crabmeat, rice wine, soy sauce, lemon juice, chili, and green onion.

  2. Blanch asparagus in a large saucepan of boiling salted water until bright green. Drain and rinse with cold water until chilled.

  3. Toss asparagus and crabmeat mixture in a salad bowl. Top with nuts and serve.
