Ingredients

  • 16 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup crabmeat, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, scallions, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Using a small knife, make a slit in the back of each shrimp and remove the vein.

  4. Fill the slit with the crabmeat mixture and arrange the stuffed shrimp in a baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the shrimp and bake for 20-25 minutes or until shrimp are pink and stuffing is heated through.

  6. Serve hot.
