How can I make my turkey sandwich healthier?

Swapping some ingredients in this recipe, or adding healthier ones, can make your turkey sandwich more nutritious. You can add more fruits or vegetable fillings, like refreshing cucumber or tomato slices. You can also swap the Asiago focaccia bread for some whole wheat bread. This type of bread is high in fiber and can also make you feel full longer.
