How To Make Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste

Season the beef roast with salt and pepper and place it in the slow cooker.

Add the sliced onions, chopped carrots, potatoes, and minced garlic to the slow cooker.

In a separate bowl, mix together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Pour the mixture over the beef and vegetables in the slow cooker.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 8 hours or on high heat for 4-5 hours, or until the beef is tender.

Once the pot roast is done cooking, carefully remove it from the slow cooker and let it rest.
