How To Make Steak Alfredo Olive Garden (Copycat)
This 30-minute steak alfredo Olive Garden copycat yields a creamy pasta dish topped with juicy steak and rich balsamic glaze.

Ingredients
For Steak:
- 12ozsteak sirloin,ribeye, or New York strip
- salt and pepper
- 2tspvegetable oil
For Pasta:
- 8ozpasta
- ¼lbbutter
- 2cupsheavy cream
- ¾cupparmesan cheese,freshly grated
- 1tspgarlic powder
- salt and pepper,to taste, optional
For Assembling:
- 1oztomatoes in oil,sundried
- 2ozfresh baby spinach,washed
- 2ozgorgonzola cheese
For Balsamic Glaze:
- 4ozbalsamic vinegar
Instructions
Steak:

Season steak with salt and pepper, place vegetable oil into a hot skillet. Cook steak until the desired level of doneness. Allow steak to rest.
Pasta:

Cook pasta according to package directions.

To make Alfredo sauce place butter and heavy cream into a medium-sized pot. Heat cream and butter on medium until the butter and cream just begin to bubble.

Add Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Stir continuously until the cheese melts. Reduce the temperature to low, and allow the sauce to reduce.
To Assemble:

Place pasta onto a plate, add washed spinach, and toss in. Add Alfredo sauce to the bowl, and then place on a serving plate.

Add portions of steak onto the pasta. Top with cut sundried tomatoes and gorgonzola. Place the steak and pasta under the broiler until the cheese just begins to brown.
Balsamic Glaze

Pour balsamic vinegar into a small pot. Heat over medium-high heat until the vinegar reduces in half.

Drizzle glaze over the steak just before serving. Enjoy!
