How To Make Seafood Marinara Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup fish or seafood stock
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 oz mixed seafood (shrimp, calamari, mussels, etc.)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant and translucent.

Add the bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, fish or seafood stock, dried basil, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer the sauce for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Add the mixed seafood to the sauce and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.

Serve the marinara sauce over the cooked spaghetti. Garnish with fresh parsley.
