  • 2 lbs pasta
  • 1/2 cup salt
  • 4 large lemons
  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese


  1. In a large pot, bring water mixed with 1/2 cup of salt to a boil. Cook the pasta in the boiling water for 8-10 minutes.

  2. Grate the rind of one lemon, then squeeze all the lemons and reserve their juices.

  3. In a medium saucepan, heat the vodka and heavy cream until a thick mixture is formed.

  4. Add the lemon rind and juice to the cream mixture and stir well. Afterward, add the pepper, parsley, and parmesan cheese.

  5. Heat the mixture for 1 minute then remove it from heat. Next, drain the pasta and place it in a large pasta bowl.

  6. Pour the creamy mixture over the pasta and toss well. Serve it alongside some extra parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
