  • 2 lb pasta
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 lemons, large, juiced and zested
  • ½ cup vodka
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ½ cup parsley, chopped
  • cups parmesan cheese


  1. In a medium saucepan, heat and whisk the vodka and heavy cream until a thick mixture is formed.
  2. Add the lemon zest rind and juice to the cream mixture and stir well.
  3. Then, add the pepper, parsley, and parmesan cheese. Whisk to combine.
  4. Heat the mixture for 1 minute then remove it from the heat.
  5. Next, drain the pasta and place it in a large pasta bowl.
  6. Pour the creamy mixture over the pasta and toss well. Serve it alongside some extra parmesan cheese and enjoy!
