Try cooking up an appetizing plate of chicken caesar pasta your weeknight meals! It’s all cooked in one pot for a fuss-free, easy dish.

Ingredients

  • 4cupschicken broth
  • 8ozthin spaghetti,broken in half
  • 2chicken breasts,cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4cupsbroccoli florets
  • 3garlic cloves,minced
  • ½tspkosher salt
  • ¼tsppepper,coarse ground
  • 1cupCaesar dressing
  • ¼cupParmesan cheese,shredded

Instructions

  1. In a large Dutch oven, add the chicken broth, pasta, chicken, garlic, salt and pepper.

  2. Heat and boil over medium-high heat.

  3. Reduce the heat to medium, then cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is absorbed.

  4. Add in the broccoli, then stir and cook for 2 minutes.

  5. Stir in the Caesar dressing, then cook for 2 minutes longer or until heated through.

  6. Garnish with Parmesan cheese, serve, and enjoy!
