A classic Caesar salad with crisp Romaine lettuce, homemade croutons, tangy dressing, and shaved Parmesan.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 head of Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
  • 1 cup of homemade croutons
  • 1/2 cup of shaved Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Toss bread cubes with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crisp.

  4. In a small bowl, whisk together Caesar dressing, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

  5. In a large bowl, combine Romaine lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.

  6. Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss to coat.

  7. Serve immediately.
