How To Make Tortilla Pepperoni Pizza
Grab a bite of this light and flavorful pepperoni pizza cooked on tasty tortillas for an afternoon snack! Cook up a couple of these in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1La Tortilla Factory Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortilla
- 2ozTrader Joe’s Lite Mozzarella
- 3tbspmarinara sauce
- ¼tspdried oregano
- crushed red pepper,1 pinch
- 8turkey pepperoni slices
- canola oil spray
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Assemble the pizza by spreading the marinara on top of the tortilla.

Add the mozzarella cheese, then the pepperoni.

Top with oregano and crushed red pepper.

Spray quickly with canola oil spray.
