How To Make Sardine Caesar Salad Recipe

A classic Caesar salad with a twist of canned sardines for that extra protein punch!

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of sardines in olive oil, drained
  • 2 heads of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of croutons
  • 1/4 cup of Caesar dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mash the sardines with a fork.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, grated cheese, and croutons.

  3. Add the sardines to the bowl and toss everything together.

  4. Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss again.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
