How To Make Chilli Crab & Cherry Tomato Linguine

Ingredients
- 400g linguine pasta
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 500g crab meat
- 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 cup chicken stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and chili, sauté until fragrant.

Add crab meat and cherry tomatoes to the pan, cook for 2 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix together tomato paste, soy sauce, sugar, and chicken stock. Pour into the pan and stir well.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Add the cooked linguine pasta to the pan and toss until well coated in the sauce.

Serve the Chilli Crab & Cherry Tomato Linguine hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
