How To Make Crab Parmesan Linguine

If you like Alfredo sauce, you’ll love this crab parmesan linguine. Enjoy your pasta with loads of crab meat and parmesan cheese with milk and butter.

Ingredients

  • 16ozlinguine pasta,(1 package)
  • ¼cupbutter
  • 1onion,chopped
  • 2garlic cloves,minced
  • cupall-purpose flour
  • 4cupsmilk
  • ¾cupparmesan cheese,grated
  • 1lbimitation crabmeat

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

  2. Meanwhile, melt butter or margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic then cook until transparent.

  3. Mix flour into butter or margarine mixture to make a paste. Add warmed milk and stir until well mixed. Heat gently and when milk is quite hot add the parmesan.

  4. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is thick. Don’t boil. Stir in the crab, heat through.

  5. Drain pasta. Serve sauce over hot noodles.
