Ingredients

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb crab meat, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.

  4. Stir in the shredded crab meat and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  5. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat with the tomato and crab mixture. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  6. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped basil.

  7. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
