How To Make Kielbasa and Potato Skillet
This homemade kielbasa recipe with potatoes and spinach is a quick and easy dish to make in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 lb baby potatoes, cleaned, microwaved until tender
- ¾ lb kielbasa, cut into ¼-inch pieces
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 cups baby spinach, frozen and thawed
For Garnish:
- feta cheese
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, coat the pan with olive oil and sauté the kielbasa, onion and garlic.
- Once the onion is tender, add the potatoes to the skillet along with the brown sugar, dijon, thyme and pepper.
- Allow the mixture to bubble.
- Reduce heat and add spinach and saute for 5 minutes. Remove the skillet from heat and transfer it to a serving bowl.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta on top of the dish before serving.
