Ingredients
- 5 large sweet potato
- 2 tbsp shortening
- 3 tbsp kosher salt
- 3 tbsp butter, softened
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Rub outside of potato with shortening and sprinkle with kosher salt.
- Bake the potatoes at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes (until soft). Use a baking sheet.
- Split the potato. Whip together butter and honey in a small bowl and put inside.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
