
How To Make Nutella Crepes with Berries
Treat yourself to some sweets with these Nutella berry crepes stuffed with your favorite Nutella and fresh berries wrapped in one delicious crepe.

Ingredients
- 1cupall-purpose flour
- 1tbspgranulated sugar
- ¼tspkosher salt
- 1½cupmilk
- 4large eggs
- 3tbspunsalted butter
- ¾cupNutella
- 1½cupmixed berries
- ¾cupwhipped cream,or whipped topping
- fresh mint,optional garnish
Instructions

Pour flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs, and melted butter into a blender.

Puree until the mixture is smooth for about 30 seconds. Let the batter sit for 15 minutes before you use it.

Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet on medium heat. Lightly coat with additional butter. Add scant â…“ cup batter and swirl to completely cover the bottom of the skillet.

Cook until the underside of the crepe is golden brown for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Loosen the edge of the crepe with a spatula then with your fingertips, quickly flip. Cook for 1 minute more. Slide crepe out of the skillet and repeat with the remaining batter.

Spread 1½ tablespoons of Nutella over each crepe and add a sprinkling of berries. Fold each crepe into a triangle.

Top with a dollop of whipped cream and serve immediately. Garnish with mint if desired.
