  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the pineapple into chunks and place them in a blender or food processor.

  2. Add the sugar, water, and lemon juice to the blender.

  3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer for about 4 hours, or until frozen.

  5. Once the sorbet is frozen, remove it from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.

  6. Scoop the sorbet into bowls or cones and serve immediately.
