How To Make Pineapple Sorbet

Ingredients
- 1 ripe pineapple, peeled and cored
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

Cut the pineapple into chunks and place them in a blender or food processor.

Add the sugar, water, and lemon juice to the blender.

Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer for about 4 hours, or until frozen.

Once the sorbet is frozen, remove it from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.

Scoop the sorbet into bowls or cones and serve immediately.
