How To Make Copycat Red Robin’s Classic Hamburger

  • 2 lbs. ground chuck
  • 1 lb. ground sirloin
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 hamburger buns (cut in half)

  • Lettuce (as desired)
  • Red onion rings (as desired)
