How To Make Best London Broil Ever!

  • 2 pounds London Broil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix well.

  2. Place the London broil in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the London broil from the marinade and discard the marinade.

  4. Grill the London broil for about 12-15 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature – 125°F for medium-rare, 135°F for medium.

  5. Remove the London broil from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute and ensures a tender and juicy steak.

  6. Slice the London broil against the grain and serve hot.
